So you want vibey party photos?
You've gotta make the vibe happen. If you want fun photos make sure you're dancing, jumping, singing and generally just having the time of your life. Music choice is super important if you want all your guests up on the dance floor. I always recommend live music if it's possible as it's so much more interactive and provides more of an atmosphere. Also, as tempting as it may be to play all of you and your new wifey/hubby's favourite tunes, it's worth considering if other people will love them too. Me and my husband adore rock music but realised that the vast majority of our wedding guests do not, so we opted not to have heavy metal as our reception music because it was important to us that we have as many people grooving with us on the dance floor as possible! That being said, you do you. Just decide what's important to you and remember that cool dance floor photos don't just happen!
